La Maréchaude: Pouilly Fuissé 1er Cru. This wine comes from an extraordinary terroir located on the southern slope of the rock of Vergisson, and enjoying maximum sunshine. The clay, present in high proportion, makes it possible to produce wines with a very high aromatic density, while the limestone confers harmony and minerality.
